  • Pour a spoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Melt the anchovies in the oil till they completely flake and then turn off the fire.
  • Boil some salted water and cook the broccoli till they become soft.
  • Half way through the cooking, poach orecchiette and continue the cooking.
  • Strain orecchiette and the broccoli and saute them together with the melted anchovies in the non-stick pan.
